Sales Representative

Please note this role is contracted until 31 March 2027 (with likelihood to extend). What You’ll Be Doing Support, manage and grow a portfolio of independent grocery retailers across a designated territory. Drive market share for the brand owners via solutions that grow sales, increase distribution, impact shelf and execute promotional programs and displays to maximise brand presence. Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision‑makers. Merchandise and ensure prime shelf positioning in‑store. Identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities. Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in FMCG, Independent Grocery or a similar sales‑driven environment. A strong understanding of the independent grocery channel. Self‑motivated with a passion for sales and building business relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage a sales territory effectively. Someone who wants to make a difference and has a great attitude and behaviours. A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
