Step into an enterprise-wide role as a Risk Culture Specialist and help shape the mindsets, behaviours and decision-making that define how IAG manages risk. You’ll play a critical part in how we assess and embed risk culture, partnering across divisions to deliver meaningful change. This role is all about turning insights into action, leading cultural assessments, analysing behavioural and survey data, and facilitating focus groups to uncover themes that inform strategy. This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne). What You’ll Do Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to identify cultural themes and insights to enable discussions across Divisions and Group. Gather and maintain insights through qualitative and quantitative methods, including conducting behavioural interviews and focus groups. Partner across People & Culture, risk teams, and business stakeholders to embed risk culture thinking and enhance assessment outcomes. Prepare and deliver reporting for Divisional, Group, and Board audiences, turning insights into actionable recommendations. Ensure governance and continuous improvement by aligning activities with IAG’s Risk Culture framework and advancing practices in line with regulatory expectations and emerging trends. What You’ll Bring Analytical and data interpretation skills, including experience with surveys and statistical analysis to generate actionable insights. Strong communication skills to present insights clearly and influence decisions. Strong facilitation and coordination skills for workshops and focus groups, with confidence in group settings. Technical proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Tableau experience is a plus). Organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple initiatives effectively. Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Behavioural Science, or related fields.
