This is a permanent full‑time available Australia‑wide, with a preference for candidates based in Naarm (Melbourne) or Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney). What You’ll Do Support the delivery of the annual Risk Culture Assessment across Group and Divisions, ensuring robust methodology and actionable outcomes. Design and facilitate focus groups and behavioural assessments, translating data into meaningful insights and outcomes. Analyse qualitative and quantitative data, synthesising findings into clear, impactful reports for senior leaders. Partner with People & Culture and Divisional leaders to support embedment of cultural initiatives. Champion continuous improvement by identifying themes and recommending enhancements to risk culture approach. What You’ll Bring Experience in culture assessments and measurement (HR, organisational culture, or behavioural science backgrounds preferred). Strong analytical skills. Ability to design and facilitate focus groups and workshops confidently. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to influence at mid‑senior levels. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Behavioural Science, Risk Management, or Human Resources.
