Overview Campaigns Specialist Gifts in Wills at Beaumont People ; Play a pivotal role in building sustainable giving for one of Australia’s most loved charities, Guide Dogs NSW/ACT. You’ll contribute to a cause with purpose, impact and heart within a highly regarded fundraising team. As Campaigns Specialist - Gifts in Wills , you’ll lead the design and delivery of strategic acquisition and engagement campaigns that inspire supporters to consider leaving a gift in their will. This role sits at the centre of the Gifts in Wills (GIW) program, collaborating across teams to deliver integrated, insight‑led activity that nurtures relationships, drives growth, and strengthens long‑term support. In This Key Role, You Will Design and implement multi‑channel acquisition campaigns (DM, digital, TM and events) to attract and convert new GIW supporters Analyse data and campaign performance to inform strategy, forecast pipeline needs, and optimise results Work closely with agencies, event teams and internal stakeholders to align activities with supporter journeys and fundraising objectives Initiate and manage early engagement journeys for “considerers” through email, social and digital channels Support the delivery of GIW events and ensure consistent, meaningful experiences for supporters Mentor the team, guiding best practice across acquisition and stewardship About You You're a strategic and data‑driven campaign professional who thrives on turning insights into action. With a strong background in marketing, fundraising or supporter engagement, you understand how to connect with audiences in a meaningful way—and how to build trust that inspires long‑term giving. You’re confident managing multi‑channel campaigns and collaborating across teams, bringing both creative ideas and analytical rigour to the table. Most importantly, you bring empathy, maturity and a relationship‑first mindset that aligns with Guide Dogs’ values and purpose.
