Qualifications & Experience Qualified, experienced lead installer of architectural joinery with the view of becoming a site manager / team leader into the future. Must attend the factory in Altona at the start of each day (unless logistically closer to home). Site work is primary, with occasional factory work if site delays arise. Tasks & Responsibilities Hands‑on position with site installation of cabinetry. Quality control & management of junior installers. Read and interpret architectural plans. Make decisions that prioritise quality at the foundations. Act as a consistent leader and team player. We offer a fun friendly team environment with lots of progressive and exciting work on the go.
