This is a remote / field-based position. As our new Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Timberline for our Western Melbourne Area. This is a people-focused role where your ability to build rapport, strengthen relationships, and identify growth opportunities will be critical. Key Responsibilities include: Visiting stores and showrooms to understand client needs and provide product support Communicating and promoting the value of Timberline and our product range Ensuring stores remain up to date with Timberline information, samples, and materials Representing our brand positively and professionally at all times Proactively following up customer enquiries and generating new business opportunities Delegating quote and after-sales service requests to the Customer Experience team to ensure timely responses Maintaining organised records and managing your territory effectively What You Will Bring To be successful, you will have: Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally within retail, building products, or a related field A customer-first approach, with strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities A self-motivated, independent work style, especially when working remotely A positive, reliable, and professional attitude If you are a driven relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves helping customers succeed, we’d love to hear from you.
