What does a Sales Representative Do? A Sales Representative; Calls on Retail Pharmacies according to a pre‑determined call plan Details new and existing products to Pharmacists, Retail Buyers & Pharmacy Assistants Conducts training sessions during the call Ensures their brands are well presented at the shelf and builds displays Most importantly, ensures our retail customers love our brands as much as we do Where could this role take you? With a love of people interaction and business, some successful sales representatives advance into sales management positions. Others expand to other industries such as medical or choose to build a lifelong career representing brands they love and caring for customers. The choice is yours with no set timeframe. Have you got the goods? You may already be working in pharmacy or another retail environment and ready to step up, or you might be a current Pharmacy Rep. You should possess high energy, enjoy working with people, set new goals, achieve them, and thrive in a competitive yet team‑oriented setting. Where is the role located? The role of a sales representative involves 4½ days on the road each week, with the remaining half day dedicated to Friday afternoon sales meetings. The territory covers Melbourne West & North suburbs, with occasional rural travel every six weeks. What does the role come with?
