As a Banking Consultant, your role is to provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer’s end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions. Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Location: Rockhampton Shopping Fair - G/84A Cnr Yambra Rd & Bruce Hwy Rockhampton North QLD 4701Role Type: Permanent, Part-TimeSchedule:Monday: 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM (30 minute break) = 8.00 hoursTuesday: Not RosteredWednesday: 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM (30 minute break) = 8.00 hoursThursday: 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM (30 minute break) = 8.00 hoursFriday: 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM (30 minute break) = 8.00 hoursSaturday: Not RosteredSunday: Not RosteredTotal Weekly Rostered Hours: 32.00 hoursWhat will your day look like?As a Banking Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:• Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer’s end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions,• Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience,• Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value,• Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives,• Take responsibility to ‘know your customer’ from a risk perspective, and• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:• Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage,• Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage,• Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity,• Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment,• Sound understanding of compliance, and• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
