Ideagen is continuing to grow and evolve, and we need a Senior Commercial Analyst who can do more than crunch data. We’re looking for someone who can connect the dots between revenue, cost drivers, and strategy, and then tell the story behind the numbers in a way that influences decisions at the highest level.  Responsibilities:This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll be partnering with revenue operations, customer teams, and leadership to make sure our commercial decisions are grounded in insight, not guesswork. You’ll support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking, and yes, you’ll get your sleeves rolled up with variance analysis and financial modelling. If you’ve worked in SaaS or a subscription-based business, you’ll know why ARR, GRR, and CAC aren’t just acronyms, they’re the heartbeat of what we do. Hybrid working from Melbourne (because flexibility matters). Skills and Experience:Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (PowerBI or SQL experience is a bonus). Strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into actionable insight. Ideally, experience in SaaS or software, but if you’re curious and quick to learn, we’re listening.
