Sales Department, fast paced, dynamic office environment Great all round Sales Administration role Exciting brands Hot Topic & Zak are an established supplier of choice to the Australian and NZ grocery, pharmacy and DDS market. We specialise in a wide range of products, in a number of different categories in both a licensed and non-licensed format. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following experience and personal attributes: Committed and hard working with a willingness to learn Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Intermediate / Advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills Ability to prioritise and work to a tight timeline Understands sales and budget commitments Role Responsibilities: Completion of product submissions to customers via an online portal Assisting with presentation formatting Liaising with internal Product Team members Packaging and sending samples Running and updating sales reports in Excel We’re looking for someone who’s keen to learn and grow from the ground up An individual that has had experience in a similar role is favourable but not required.
