This full-time hands-on leadership position will see you working within our Specialty Services team. Lead your team of garden maintenance staff ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and exceed our clients expectations throughout Brisbane Responsibilities Provide guidance mentorship and training to the team to enhance their skills and safety practices Undertake hands on work including mowing pruning hedge trimming weeding mulching planting and general garden care. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within set timeframes.
