Park Management Couple - Geraldton Belair Gardens Caravan Park Location: Geraldton Belair Gardens Caravan Park, Geraldton WA Live and work 250 metres from Pages Beach | Full-time | Long-term roles Start Date: Immediate start available (we will wait for the right couple) About the Opportunity Summerstar Tourist Parks is seeking a friendly, capable, and hands‑on Park Management Couple to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our beautifully located Geraldton Belair Gardens Caravan Park . Just 250 metres from Pages Beach , this is an exciting chance to enjoy coastal living while joining a supportive, family‑owned company with 16 locations across WA and SA , including Bunbury, Nanga Shark Bay, Kalbarri, Horrocks Beach, Broome, Kununurra, Esperance, Margaret River, Jurien Bay, and Ceduna. We are looking for a positive, proactive couple committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Typically, one partner will be office‑focused and the other will specialise in grounds, maintenance, and handy‑person tasks. These are hands‑on roles where you will work together to lead Park operations, with the assistance of a very capable Assistant Manager couple and an amazing team of casuals. Key Responsibilities Park Operations & Guest Service Overseeing day‑to‑day Park operations, including guest services and after‑hours responsibilities. Performing groundskeeping and maintenance tasks: mowing, gardening, basic repairs, pool care, etc. Managing the front office: guest check‑ins/outs, handling reservations, emails, phones, and shop sales. Night patrols and responding to after‑hours call‑outs. Handling end‑of‑month reporting and basic financial management. Occasionally assisting with cleaning and laundry when needed. Supporting seasonal activities: BBQs, kids events, and guest engagement. Training new staff when required. Grounds & Maintenance Mowing, gardening, reticulation checks, pool care, and general grounds presentation. Painting, maintenance repairs, and general handy‑person tasks. Empty bins, stripping rooms, and other operational tasks. Cleaning & Housekeeping (as needed) Cleaning cabins, ensuites, and amenities. Laundry and linen. Leadership & Team Support Lead and support your Assistant Managers and the casual team members. Ensure safe, smooth, and high‑standard park operations. What You’ll Bring Outstanding customer service and communication skills. One partner confident with office systems (RMS experience highly regarded). One partner with strong grounds, maintenance, and practical problem‑solving ability. Physically fit and ready for hands‑on work. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take direction. Good business understanding and computer literacy. Prior caravan park experience is highly regarded, but not essential if you meet other criteria. Requirements Current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain). Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to complete prior to commencement). Driver’s licence (required for the Grounds role). What We Offer Furnished on‑site accommodation included .
