Responsibilities Answering customer enquiries via email and phone; Attending to the trade sales counter as necessaryli> Identifying the make, model and variations of motor vehicles and automotive equipment; Processing credits and warranties; Coordinating stock transfers and buy ins; Assisting with regular cyclic and annual branch stock takes; and Maintaining the showroom to ensure it is clean and presentable; Qualifications Previous experience in face‑to‑face sales and customer service with a focus on building strong customer relationships. General automotive knowledge (preferred). Extensive administrative experience in a service or customer relations role, demonstrating organisational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with a clear and professional approach.
