About the Role This customer-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys solving technical challenges. You’ll manage spare parts enquiries, sales, and inventory coordination for compressed air equipment and associated products, ensuring our customers receive accurate, timely, and professional support. Key Responsibilities Handle parts enquiries via phone, counter, web, and email, including preparing and managing quotations. Manage stock allocation, prioritise distribution, and coordinate backorders with inventory and suppliers. Raise and submit weekly invoices. Work closely with our storeperson. Process over‑the‑counter and phone sales, including EFTPOS transactions and documentation. Operate OEM databases to provide technical information and submit stock variation requests. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure integrity of stock transactions. Liaise with inventory teams to ensure stock levels meet customer demand. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements. Attend toolbox meetings, training programs, and other branch activities as required. What You’ll Bring Previous experience in a parts interpreter or technical sales role. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise tasks effectively. Familiarity with inventory systems and technical databases. A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
