We provide a wide range of aged care services and programs to support elders and their families. Brief Description Personal Care Workers are needed to support our elderly residents in the Thornbury residential facility. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Providing personal care to elderly residents Assisting with activities of daily living Mobility assistance Assistance with eating and drinking Keeping accurate and up‑to‑date records Observing the conditions of residents and reporting any concerns Encouraging care recipients to make their own decisions Respite Care – companionship and conversation Qualifications & Experience Certificate III in Individual Support (minimum qualification) Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar field Previous experience in personal care services in an aged care facility or in home & community care Team‑oriented attitude, empathy and problem‑solving skills Commitment to deliver quality care to residents Bilingual proficiency – fluent in English and Greek Full working rights in Australia Benefits Salary Package options available Above Award Salary remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience Supportive management Professional development Flexible working arrangements options available Employee assistance program available for staff and their families Free annual flu vaccination and other health and wellbeing programs Requirements for Employment Applicants will be required to undergo vaccinations as per government directives and the Fronditha Care policy.
