Tyre Shop Manager/Sales Specialist

As the Tyre Shop Manager/Sales Specialist, your new role at CMI Toyota Portside will collaborate with the Service Manager, Service Advisors and workshop staff to oversee the sales, purchasing and operations of our busy tyre shop. This role is ideal for a passionate tyre sales expert or store manager looking to take on additional responsibility as the next step in their successful career with a leading South Australian family business. What you’ll be doing Running a successful tyre shop to achieve sales and profit targets Fostering strong relationships with customers to provide tailored recommendations Developing and implementing strategies to improve service and drive sales Monitoring and controlling inventory, completing regular stocktakes Supporting occasional workshop tasks like fitting, balancing, and aligning (as required) About you To drive your success in this role, you’ll have: Previous experience, demonstrated success and passion for tyre sales Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills A strong sense of self‑motivation, with a focus on achieving sales and targets A breadth of knowledge of the various tyre brands, sizes and applications Strong mechanical aptitude, with an interest and willingness to learn more A current driver’s licence is essential What’s in it for you?
