Marketing and Customer Success Internship The Little Big Dairy Co is a family-owned, single-source dairy based in Dubbo. Our milk comes from one herd of Holsteins, cared for on our family farm. We process, bottle, and distribute our products across NSW, employing local people across farming, factory, logistics, business operations and marketing. We are a small team who work closely together and support each other. We believe in giving young people meaningful opportunities. This internship is designed to provide hands‑on experience, real responsibility and a pathway into a long‑term role within our business. About the Internship The internship begins with a 6-week rotation across the business. This is to understand the foundations of how we operate and to become a capable all-round team member — something we see as essential to our company culture. You will gain entry‑level experience across: Factory Distribution Marketing Operations Management After the 6‑week foundation period, you will move into Marketing & Customer Success, where you will be supported and mentored through the following: Key Responsibilities Merchandising – visiting retail and café customers across NSW In‑store taste testing and brand activations Customer relationship building Order retrieval and internal support Content gathering for marketing approval Social media engagement Cool room and factory exposure Working in a small, young and energetic team What We’re Looking For We are looking for two people for this position. We hire for culture over skill — we want to find the right person first and support them to build their career.
