RN2C - Clinical Facilitator - Adult Community Mental Health - 7 day Northern Adelaide Local Health Network - Northern Mental Health Service - Salisbury Salary : $87,416 - $110,497 p.a. plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits - RN2C Temporary Full-Time, up to 27 November 2026 About the Role: The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Clinical Facilitator, with a passion for improving mental health services, to join our Adult Community Mental Health team. The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia. As a Clinical Nurse (Clinical Facilitator Portfolio), you will be responsible for the professional facilitation of students undertaking Post Graduate Mental Health rotation to apply mental health nursing theory to nursing practice. The Clinical Facilitator is primarily responsible for the clinical oversight, support and leadership of the Post Graduate Mental health Nurse in the clinical practice environment. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recovery journey of adults experiencing mental health challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating group programs, provide individual clinical interventions and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care. You will be required to work over a 7-day roster - day shifts. To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practising certificate. Must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice.
