The Role Reporting to the Director of Business Performance , you’ll work closely with Partners and senior leaders to drive the collections process and enhance financial performance. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where your ability to influence and build trust will make a real difference. You’ll also have the opportunity to help shape our approach to Accounts Receivable, streamline processes and introduce better ways of working in a business that’s open to ideas. Key Responsibilities Manage collections and debtor relationships Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution of accounts Prepare monthly debtor statements and reporting Lead debtor meetings with Partners and Group Heads Support reconciliation work with the finance team Contribute to ad hoc projects (including the rollout of a new Practice Management System) What We’re Looking For 10+ years’ experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable within professional services (or a similarly complex environment) A strong track record of recovering well‑aged balances and managing challenging accounts Confidence and presence when working with Partners, clients, and senior stakeholders Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing environment Strong Excel skills and comfort with financial systems What makes life at Hamilton Locke different?
