About the role: At Tibra, you’ll help develop real-world trading systems and apply quantitative financial methods in some of the world’s most competitive financial markets. Our comprehensive training program, including extensive in‑house learning via Tibra University, offers hands‑on experience in building proprietary trading systems, with mentorship from our talented Quants and Developers. Through a blend of software development projects, financial market theory, and practical on‑the‑job guidance, you’ll gain the skills and insights needed to succeed as a Quant Trader Developer and play an active role in shaping Tibra’s trading strategies.
