About the role At Tibra, you’ll help develop real-world trading systems and apply quantitative financial methods in some of the world’s most competitive financial markets. Our comprehensive training program, including extensive in-house learning via Tibra University, offers hands on experience in building proprietary trading systems, with mentorship from our talented Quants and Developers. Through a blend of software development projects, financial market theory, and practical on-the-job guidance, you’ll gain the skills and insights needed to succeed as a Quant Trader Developer and play an active role in shaping Tibra’s trading strategies.
