Role Overview We are seeking passionate restaurant professionals who excel in delivering service excellence and possess a deep understanding of food and beverage. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will engage guests with warmth and expertise, enhancing their dining experience through your knowledge of our cuisine and beverages. Key Responsibilities Warmly welcome guests, ensuring their comfort and fostering a personal connection. Provide detailed and passionate descriptions of dishes and beverages. Artfully upsell to enhance guest experiences, demonstrating your enthusiasm for our offerings. Continuously expand your knowledge of produce, beverages, and cuisine. Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, including special occasions and dietary requirements. Maintain impeccable hygiene and food safety standards at all times. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high‑end dining environment. Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service; familiarity with Coastal Italian cuisine is advantageous. Valid Victorian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification. Impeccable grooming, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure. WSET certification is preferred.
