Business Analyst

We’re seeking a Business Analyst to join our Client providing business analysis expertise across a range of continuous improvement initiatives, minor works and technology projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with key business stakeholders to gather, validate and document requirements, supporting the successful delivery of technology solutions that add real value to the business. You’ll be part of an Agile team utilising Scrum and Kanban methodologies, working collaboratively with both business and technical teams to achieve clear outcomes. Key Responsibilities Engage directly with business stakeholders to define and document requirements used to scope and estimate project effort Work with technical teams to assess solution options and provide clarity on deliverables Analyse and document current state and future state processes Develop clear, concise documentation to support decision-making and deliverySupport the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including writing test cases and assisting stakeholders during testing Assist during solution go-lives and manage handover to support teams Work independently or collaboratively as part of a cross-functional Agile delivery team About You Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within technology or software development teams Strong understanding of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation Experience in UAT planning and execution Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Analyst, Information Technology, and Business Development Industries Technology, Information and Media and IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
