What the Role Offers You This entry‑level role is designed for someone looking to build a strong foundation in the insurance and broking industry. You’ll receive hands‑on training and ongoing support from experienced brokers who are committed to helping you succeed. You’ll assist our team with: Processing new business, renewals, endorsements, and claims Preparing and sending professional documents to clients and insurers Communicating with underwriters and other stakeholders Following up on information or documentation from clients and insurers Supporting brokers with day‑to‑day administration and client service tasks This is a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who’s organised, curious, and ready to learn. What You Bring to the Team We’re not just looking for experience—we’re looking for the right attitude. You’ll thrive in this role if you have: A genuine interest in building a career in insurance, broking, or administration A positive attitude and a willingness to learn Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good attention to detail and accuracy The ability to stay organised and manage your time well Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel A collaborative mindset—you enjoy being part of a team and helping others succeed Experience in an office or customer service environment is a plus, but not essential.
