Learning Designer at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Overview As a Learning Designer at CA ANZ, you’ll be part of the Education Content & Strategy team, responsible for designing and developing contemporary learning programs for accounting and finance professionals. This includes CPD courses, CA Program subjects, and other work‑related learning that builds practical, work‑ready skills. This is a twelve‑month fixed‑term contractual arrangement. Responsibilities Analysing content and identifying gaps to inform effective learning design. Collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to develop high‑quality, engaging learning experiences. Writing and structuring content for various delivery modes including online and face‑to‑face. Managing project timelines and ensuring outputs meet quality and instructional design standards. Leading quality assurance processes and contributing to continuous improvement. Championing operational excellence and best practice in learning design. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in learning design across digital and blended formats. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines. Experience in the tertiary or professional education sector. A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and emotional intelligence. Academic qualifications in education (highly valued).
