Purchasing Administrator Location: Newcastle, 1 WFH day post training Rate: Flexible pending experience Type: Temp to perm, ASAP start Hours: Full-time Responsibilities Providing procurement and purchasing support Managing Vendor onboarding Managing Master Data of Vendors in SAP Converting approved purchase requisitions into purchase orders Collaborating with the procurement, inventory, and accounts teams Managing inboxes, generating reports, and performing various administrative tasks Engaging with stakeholders and delivering excellent customer service Qualifications Previous experience in a purchasing role or similar (essential) Ability to work autonomously and show initiative Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships with various stakeholders Ability to prioritise workload, adaptable and happy to assist with ad hoc tasks Exceptional organisational and planning skills with strong attention to detail Tech‑savvy with proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite Benefits Potential temp to perm role Working with a friendly and established team Competitive pay rate and weekly pay cycle Apply If you're interested in this role, forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to and please include a short summary of your suitability for the role.
