Job posting end date: 11/14/2025 THE ROLE Reporting to the Production Manager, and as part of the Esperance facility, we are seeking a mechanically minded Store Person / Trades Assistant to assist the team. This is a residential role working a 4 day working week, located in Esperance, Western Australia. Key Task include: Plan work to meet Chute Solutions and Customer delivery expectation. Unloading and receipting in goods received. Assisting Trades people with tasks throughout the workshop. Packing and dispatching finished goods including booking freight. Partake in stock takes as required. Attend and participate in meetings (toolbox, production, job planning, safety) and provide input as appropriate. THE PERSON Previous work experience in similiar role Good organisational skills Problem solving ability Flexible and cooperative team attitude Ability to prioritise workload Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, and technical manuals Strong communication and interpersonal skills HIGHLY DESIRABLE Forklift Licence Drivers Licence Previous experience with SAP THE REWARDS Company funded life and income protection insurance when electing the Company's default fund.
