The Role We're looking for an experienced Project Administration Lead who loves driving efficiency and quality in project delivery. In this pivotal role, you'll support our Manager Major Projects and team by: Leading the development and implementation of project administration and quality frameworks Embedding best-practice governance processes across all major projects Coordinating and overseeing quality control of project documentation Providing high-level financial administration support, including budget monitoring and reporting Preparing project status reports and updates for executives, council, and stakeholders Driving continuous improvement in systems and processes What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role At least 2 years' experience in building and facility projects Strong ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills Financial analysis and reporting experience What's in It for You?
