Exercise Physiologist - Grade 2 Care Communities West Campus Permanent Part Time 30.4 hours per fortnight | Grampians Health – West Campuses (Horsham & Dimboola, Stawell and Edenhope) $45.66-$52.49 p.h./$72K-$83K p.a. (+ super + generous salary packaging) About The Role Join Grampians Health as a Grade 2 Exercise Physiologist and lead evidence‑based programs that enhance mobility, independence, and wellbeing for older adults across our West Campus Care Communities (residential aged care). This newly established role offers the opportunity to combine clinical expertise, leadership, and service innovation in a supportive multidisciplinary environment. In this role you will Deliver comprehensive assessments and tailored exercise interventions for older adults Support falls prevention, pain management, and restorative care initiatives Mentor and supervise junior exercise physiologists and students Drive service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance projects Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve person‑centred outcomes Skills & Experience Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology (or equivalent) Full membership with ESSA Broad clinical experience, ideally in aged care or older adult rehabilitation NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Developed knowledge of aged care standards, falls prevention and rehabilitation Experience leading service development and quality improvement projects Applications will close 14 December 2025.
