About the Role After a recent internal promotion, an opportunity is now available in our industry-leading Place Planning team for a recent graduate or a student nearing graduation. The successful candidate will: Manage one of our diverse and vibrant town centres Engage with our businesses and Town Teams Assist with administering grant programs and delivering community engagement programs Assist with delivering projects from Vincent’s Place Plans, the Thriving Places Strategy, the Accessible City Strategy and Arts Plan What are we looking for? We are seeking a passionate team player who has: Completed or working towards completion towards tertiary qualification in urban design, urban planning, landscape architecture, architecture, arts or a related discipline. Knowledge of the current economic, transport, planning and design challenges facing inner city places and town centres. Passion for creating great places for people and enabling community participation in strategic planning and design processes Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills What can the City of Vincent offer you?
