We are currently seeking a Full Time Catering and Event Coordinator to join our team in Pyrmont, Sydney The Position Coordinate and execute all in-house catering requests, meetings, and events across multiple office spaces. Keep operations running smoothly while ensuring a high-quality experience consistent with the client’s culture and expectations Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and culinary partners to ensure timely and accurate service delivery Provide on-site support during key events, ensuring flawless execution and quick problem-solving Ensure all catering areas and event spaces are maintained to a high standard of presentation, cleanliness, and compliance Promote a culture of Food and Workplace Safety The Person 2 years previous experience in corporate catering, event coordination, or hospitality operations High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams Flexible and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable working in a fast-changing environment Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proficient in G Suite, MS Office Current RSA preferred Bartender and Barista skills highly advantageous The Benefits Inclusive and progressive work environment Delicious onsite food and barista coffee provided Easy access to 100+ retail discounts Opportunity to learn new skills and move to different internal roles For any further queries, please send an email to #J-18808-Ljbffr
