Job Description We are looking for a confident and collaborative MRI Supervisor to join our team at a busy private hospital site. This will be a Full‑time opportunity providing emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services. In your leadership role, you will act as a key resource for the team, contributing to a culture of collaboration and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and technical quality. Role Requirements Oversee the daily workflow of the MRI department, working closely with hospital departments. Support and mentor the MRI team. Scan across a wide range of studies, including active device patients. Coordinate and participate in the on‑call roster. Manage inpatient and emergency scheduling. Maintain a positive, team‑focused work culture. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of MRI experience. Experience scanning active cardiac and neurostimulator devices. Strong understanding of Siemens platforms. MRI cardiac experience desirable (training will be provided if needed). Strong technical competence and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborative approach and ability to work well under pressure. Level 1 ASMIRT accreditation. Post‑graduate MRI qualification. Please note, you will hold appropriate qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography, have a current AHPRA registration, and must hold a Level 1 ASMIRT accreditation.
