General Manager
at
Liberty Industrial , you will lead strategic management and coordination across our Australian business. Your key objective will be to surpass financial and safety targets, driving excellence in all aspects of our operations. This role is instrumental in shaping and steering our operations, aligning with Liberty Industrial’s corporate direction and core values.The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual with senior management experience and strong operational knowledge with a hands-on, can-do approach to business. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills and demonstrated abilities to set KPIs, deliver on company and client expectations, and achieve ambitious growth and profitability targets. It is vital to have the aptitude to partner with a broad range of stakeholders and build strong relationships in the marketplace.As a senior leader in
Liberty Industrial , you are required to have a strategic focus with demonstrated experience in marketing, business development, and operations. This position requires at least 10 years of experience, with demonstrated senior leadership capability and the ability to influence credibly and effectively at all levels within a client’s organization.
