Responsibilities Reporting to the Venue Manager, ensure the smooth running of daily operations at Bar 83. Ensure sections of the venue are adequately staffed and employees are competently trained. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests. Be flexible in working hours, as the role requires mainly nights and weekend shifts. Contribute to building an impressive hospitality reputation through innovation, personal drive, and intuitive decision‑making. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience or in a similar position High attention to detail, communication, and strong leadership skills Ability to multitask, work under pressure and resolve problems efficiently Wine & liquor knowledge Knowledge of WHS procedures and rules, food allergies etc. Experience with cash handling, POS systems and knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster (day and evening shifts) Apply Do you meet the experience for this position and would like to find out more?
