Offering a modern lounge bar experience in a modern/retro setting with uninterrupted views of the city, Bar 83 provides the perfect relaxed bar & lounge environment for locals and visitors alike. The Role Reporting to the Venue Manager, we are seeking a Floor Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of daily operations at one of Sydney's most beautiful venues. Your role includes ensuring sections of the venue are adequately staffed, employees are competently trained and providing exceptional customer service to all guests. You will need to be flexible in your working hours as this role requires mainly nights and weekend shifts. Carve out your impressive hospitality reputation at this newly refurbished venue through your innovation, personal drive, and intuitive decision-making. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience or in a similar position High attention to detail, communication, and strong leadership skills Ability to multitask, work under pressure and resolve problems efficiently Wine & liquor knowledge Knowledge of WHS procedures and rules, food allergies etc. Experience with cash handling, POS systems and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
