What You Get Up to $60.77/h on ordinary hours $51.85/h ($49.94/h + $1.91/h project allowance) + super and OT $8.92 per hour bonus on hours worked inside sewer tunnels Daily Travel Allowance Long term project / work Opportunities for full-time employment, upskilling and career progression Supportive and experienced leadership team Strong safety culture and professional development Chance to work on infrastructure with technical complexity What You Need Previous experience with Sydney Water or similar authority Experience working on large diameter live flow sewer asset Experience with deep shaft access and manhole rehabilitation Flexibility to assist in other civil works Reliable TICKETS REQUIRED NSW White Card NSW Driver’s Licence Work at Heights (valid within 2 years) First Aid (desirable) Silica Crystalline course (cost $375) Asbestos Tickets (Friable / Non Friable) Sydney Water Procedure / Confined Space course or willing to gain (cost$750.00 for 2 days course) includes: HLTAID009 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitationMSMPER200 - Work in accordance with an issued permitMSMPER202 - Observe permit workMSMPER300 - Issue work permitsMSMWHS201 - Conduct hazard analysisMSMWHS216 - Operate breathing apparatusMSMWHS217 - Gas test atmospheresPUASAR025 - Undertake confined space rescueRIIWHS202E - Enter and work in confined spaces TICKETS Desirable High Risk Work Licence – LF, WP (desirable) Excavator Licence LE (desirable) What You Will Be Doing Working in live sewer tunnels Supporting critical waste water infrastructure upgrades and maintenance Engaging in civil construction, sewer rehabilitation, and deep access work Following strict safety protocols on a high-risk site Working alongside a collaborative and skilled team Contributing to a long-term community-serving project About Us Workfast is a labour-hire company working with some of Australia's largest companies.
