In the role of Business Banking Executive , you will join the Metro & Specialised team that’s doubling down on customer obsession Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: Develop and execute local business strategy to optimise financial, customer, and risk outcomes Provide clear leadership to foster a high-performing, positive team culture Build strong relationships with key customers and community influencers Manage revenue and expenses while ensuring compliance with risk and operational standards Lead initiatives to reduce bad debts, manage credit risk, and improve asset quality We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: Track record of banking experience across business, private, corporate, credit, or specialised sectors Proven track record managing businesses with full revenue and expense accountability Demonstrated leadership in high-performing teams within financial services Ability to develop and coach your reports to differentiate market Strong strategic thinking, sales and product knowledge Pursuit to lead change to ready us for the future Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance or commerce; postgraduate qualifications are a plus A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone We know that our people make us who we are.
