The HSE Advisor at Built, is a true Line 2 advisory position. You’ll be responsible for supporting project teams implement their Built HSE Plan. You’ll work with multiple teams and site managers to ensure they are operating by our Built Worthy values, and proactively prevent operational safety, wellbeing and environmental incidents. Here’s what a typical day might look like for you: Predominantly site based, working on our major Data Centre based out in Western Sydney. Provide expert guidance and support to site teams and stakeholders on systems, safety and wellbeing. Act as a credible partner with knowledge of the regulatory landscape. Work with external authorities and consultants. Influence HSE behaviours, driving positive consistent change. Here are the essentials you’ll need for this role: Level IV Certification in Workplace Training and Assessment. Understanding of project processes, operational HSE functions and regulatory requirements including incident investigation methodology. Ability to work at pace across a number teams the competing priorities. Experience and understanding on high-rise and major risk projects.
