Visit our company website to learn more about us – About the Role We’re seeking a full time Quality Assurance Manager to lead and strengthen the company’s quality, procurement, safety, environment and operational systems . This position is to fill up the vacancy that will arise due to retirement of the current QA Manager in the first quarter of the new year. There will be a transition period to gain full knowledge of the established management system, roles and responsibilities for the incumbent candidate. Reporting to the General Manager, this role ensures that operations across the company run safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the company’s Quality Management System . You’ll work closely with production and management teams to foster continuous improvement, maintain high standards, and ensure facilities and processes remain reliable and compliant. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who is both practical and strategic — a professional who takes ownership, leads by example, and demonstrates the same level of responsibility and care expected from senior management. Key Responsibilities Lead and maintain quality, safety, and operational compliance systems across the company. Oversee in‑process and final inspections of precision machined and fabricated components. Foster continuous improvement, and drive auditing and risk‑management initiatives. Manage procurement of raw materials and packaging, ensuring supply continuity, cost control, and compliance with company policies. Oversee facility maintenance, ensuring a safe, functional, and compliant working environment. Partner with production and management to ensure processes meet required standards. Facilitate performance review processes and staff training related to quality, safety, and compliance. Prepare management reports and maintain accurate records. Liaise with auditors, customers, and suppliers on quality‑related matters. About You You’re a system‑oriented leader who combines structure and attention to detail with strong people skills. You’re pragmatic, dependable, and company-minded — the kind of person who takes ownership, willing to learn and takes pride in doing things right. Required Qualification and skills: Mechanical engineering (degree or diploma) or a mechanical trade qualification with suitable QA experience. Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Auditing, or Production , ideally within manufacturing. Strong skills in auditing, documentation, and continuous improvement . Some experience in procurement and supplier management . Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you can influence without authority. Integrity, accountability, and a high level of personal ethics. Ideally some exposure to precision manufacturing or CNC machining environments.
