Join the MyWorkZone team at the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport (DCITHS) Clerk Grade 9/10 with a salary range of $129,464 up to $142,665 per annum plus superannuation Temporary, Full-time role until October 2026 Based in Sydney, NSW About the role You’ll implement strategic communication plans that bring the MyWorkZone transition to life, helping our people understand and embrace the Department’s transition to this new SAP ERP platform. Using a variety of channels and creative approaches, you’ll make complex change clear, meaningful, and engaging. In this role, you’ll be a key voice for DCITHS employees and specialist teams—representing their needs and perspectives at committees and meetings as part of the Shared Services Optimisation program led by the Department of Customer Service. You will be pivotal, working with teams to analyse system changes and design business process updates, with business leads, that reflect the Department’s operations in the new platform. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders and external partners, you’ll provide high-level communication and change management advice to ensure the right information is communicated at the right time, and teams are prepared for change adoption. About you As Senior Communications & Change Advisor, you will be responsible for triaging issues, and developing and implementing effective communication and change plans to ensure outcomes are delivered in a timely manner, and to quality standards. You will provide expert executive advice and information to the Corporate Services Executives and internal stakeholders on change impacts and prepare documents to support change adoption and hypercare support activities. Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with the following: Collaboration with key stakeholders across all levels to senior executive and external stakeholders Analysing and transforming complex concepts into easily understood information for staff, leaders and specialist teams Experience with implementing high-level communication and/or change plans How to apply Your application must include a cover letter and an up-to-date resume that details your capabilities and experience in relation to the above role.
