Overview Deliver frontline customer service and admin support for recreational fishing licences, renewals, digital access, and revenue reconciliation. Temporary Full Time 35 hours per week (up to 30 June 2027) Primary Work Location: Nowra Clerk Grade 1/2 – salary from $75,728 to $82,329 per annum (FTE) plus super and leave loading About The Role Join the Fisheries Branch and play a key role in supporting the Recreational Fisheries Customer Services Unit. This position delivers high-quality administrative and frontline customer service to ensure the smooth operation of recreational fishing licensing and revenue processes. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, assist fishers with renewals, applications, and digital licences, maintain accurate records, and manage fee collection and reconciliation. The role also involves supporting the agent network, performing data entry, and meeting audit requirements in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and excellent communication are essential. About You As our ideal candidate, you will bring: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent customer service and communication skills to handle enquiries professionally. Proficiency in administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and record keeping. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A current NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel as required.
