Office Manager / Executive Assistant to Director Are you the kind of person who loves keeping things organized, on time, and running smoothly — all while juggling emails, phone calls, and schedules like a total pro? We're looking for a superstar Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join our team at Bennett's Concrete — a local, family-run business known for quality work, strong community values, and a genuinely down‑to‑earth culture. You’ll be the right-hand person to our Director, keeping the office running, communicating with customers, councils, engineers and trades, and helping everything flow smoothly day‑to‑day. What you’ll be doing Managing emails, phone calls, purchase orders, and stock control Uploading applications through council portals Some exposure to council portals preferred Scheduling jobs, liaising with the yard team and customers Preparing basic quotes and invoices (no full accounts work) Maintaining NSW Health accreditation registers and compliance spreadsheets Supporting new systems and process improvements as we grow 1‑2 years of office administration experience required Flexible part‑time arrangement available Applicants with any valid Australian work rights are welcome to apply This part‑time position is 25‑30 hours per week What you’ll bring Strong admin or office management experience (bonus if it’s in trades or manufacturing) Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive mindset — someone who sees what needs doing and gets it done Confidence using Microsoft Office, Xero, and ServiceM8 (or willingness to learn) The ability to work independently, as the Director is often out on‑site If you’re organized, confident, and love keeping things running behind the scenes — we’d love to meet you.
