Company overview Greencross Brookvale is looking for an experienced full-time nurse to join their team. Greencross Brookvale is a modern, community focused practice co-located onsite at a Petbarn retail store, allowing for cross-referrals and a full range of pet care to provide a positive experience. The practice emphasizes high-quality care, stress-free handling to keep patients comfortable, and a pet-centered philosophy where the care and wellbeing of clients’ pets is treated as if they were their own. Your New Role Full-time hours Undertaking general nursing tasks, including pre- and post-operative care, animal pathology and emergency and critical care Performing minor procedures when required Maintaining the overall hygiene of the practice, including surgical areas and equipment Handling client enquiries professionally in person, by email and over the phone Your Skills And Experience Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with a minimum of 2+ years clinical experience Extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures Great communication and customer service skills Knowledge of RX Works is ideal but not essential Confidence in monitoring anaesthesia A calm, friendly, team player attitude Experience in team-based care advantageous Ability to work well autonomously and also within a team environment Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
