Exciting Opportunity: Grants Program Officer We’re looking for a Grants Program Officer to play a vital role in advancing our philanthropy strategy and helping us reach our funding goals. If you’re passionate about making a difference and have the skills we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you Your Responsibilities Will Include: Writing and submitting engaging grant proposals, interim reports, and acquittals on time. Researching new funding sources that align with our strategic goals. Managing our grants pipeline to maximize opportunities and ensure reporting is seamless. Keeping in touch with current philanthropic organizations, sharing updates and exploring ways to enhance support. Collaborating with our internal teams to prioritize projects and identify funding needs. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM data. Assisting the Philanthropy Manager and Director of Philanthropy and Transformation in optimizing grant opportunities. Supporting various fundraising administration tasks. Being vigilant about our reputation and adhering to safety regulations and policies. Promptly reporting any accidents or hazards. What You Bring: At least two years of experience in grant writing and management. Exceptional written communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling applications and reports. Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and engaging with funding bodies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; familiarity with Salesforce and Strategic Grant GEM portal is a plus. Why Join Us?
