Administration Assistant South Metropolitan Health Service Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783‑bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose‑built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service. FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart and lung transplantations and hyperbaric medicine. SMHS delivers quality, safe and effective hospital and health services within a catchment area stretching more than 3300 square kilometres across the southern half of Perth. Our vision is “Excellent health care, every time.” About the Role This is a fixed‑term appointment for 1 FTE, with the possibility of extension. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for the coordination and daily activities of the Fiona Stanley Hospital Health team, providing efficient and effective high‑level clerical and administrative support for the Patient Support Services Department. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks for the Health team. Provide high‑level clerical support to the Patient Support Services Department. Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes and documentation. Maintain filing systems and ensure timely handling of inquiries.
