Job details Employer : Anglicare Central Queensland Job Type : Part-Time Job Location : Emerald Salary : $44 per hour + superannuation + salary sacrifice Positions : 2 x Part-Time (76 hours per fortnight) Term : Fixed-Term position About the role Anglicare Central Queensland is a leading not-for-profit housing provider committed to safe, affordable housing. We have two part-time positions within our Housing and Homelessness Portfolio : a Homelessness Case Manager and a Tenancy Management Officer. The role offers variety and impact supporting individuals and families across our Housing and Homelessness programs. Responsibilities Provide case management support to people who are homeless, at imminent risk of homelessness, or housed but at risk of homelessness. Help residents maintain secure and sustainable tenancies, working closely with tenants, support services, and community partners to deliver respectful, person-centred housing solutions. Oversee service delivery, ensuring KPIs are met within a fast-paced, solutions-focused environment. Identify and embed solutions for clients' challenges. Build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Demonstrate effective time management, organisational skills, and strong communication. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders. The ability to identify and embed solutions. Demonstrated experience working within a high-performance framework where you are accountable for KPIs on program delivery and outcomes within a fast-paced solutions-focused environment. Effective time management and organisational skills. A strong communicator, able to quickly build rapport and influence across a diverse range of people. Mandatory Requirements Certificate IV qualifications in Community Services or similar and relevant experience. Other Requirements Full COVID-19 vaccination.
