Your new role We are seeking a dedicated HHS Case Worker – Supportive Housing to join our Housing and Homelessness Support (HHS) team in Delahey. In this collaborative and client-focused role, you will support residents of our Delahey Independent Living community, working closely with other support workers and teams to maintain a positive team culture and deliver high-quality services in line with Wintringham’s values. No two days are the same in this dynamic role. You will : Empower residents to build independent living skills and achieve personal goals through tailored case management and coaching. Apply trauma-informed, harm reduction, and Housing First principles to support residents’ wellbeing and recovery. Facilitate access to vital services, including health, mental health, and community supports, by providing referrals and hands‑on assistance. Promote tenancy success by partnering with residents and the Tenancy Management team to maintain stable, long‑term housing. Champion resident rights and inclusion by fostering a culturally safe, welcoming environment and advocating for social justice. Drive quality and continuous improvement by maintaining accurate records, responding to feedback, and collaborating with local service providers. What’s in it for you?
