About the role : We're seeking a Community Ambassador to deliver exceptional concierge-style experiences onsite for our multinational alcoholic beverage client. As the vital first impression and go-to problem-solver, you'll master everything from access control and meeting room coordination to mail management and event support. Transform everyday workplace interactions into memorable experiences through face-to-face service. Responsibilites will include : Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees whilst building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders Conduct building orientations for new starters and provide remote support to regional offices Manage meeting room bookings and set ups Provide comprehensive reception services including visitor management and correspondence handling Oversee daily mail operations, package management and office inventory Coordinator vendor relationships, work orders and service provider for maintenance, cleaning and office operations Act as key liaison for all catering and event related queries Support HR processes for onboarding, assist with fleet management, offsite storage and mobile phone administrations Ensure office safety The successful candidate will have : Prior customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or similar client-facing industries Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette Expert multitasking capabilities with strong prioritisation and scheduling skills Fast learner with genuine eagerness to develop and grow What you can expect from us : As an organisation, we don’t just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
