This dynamic position is perfect for professionals with corporate, hospitality, or events backgrounds who want to elevate workplace environments through exceptional service delivery, strategic relationship building, and memorable guest experiences.**Key Responsibilities:*** Welcome visitors, manage arrivals/departures, and maintain professional front desk operations* Schedule conference rooms, coordinate events, and manage room setups with F&B services* Oversee common areas, conduct floor walks, and manage desk/meeting room allocation* Report maintenance issues, manage contractors, handle deliveries, and maintain supplies* Operate switchboard and serve as central information point for building services* Manage visitor registration, access cards, and building security compliance* Process service requests, handle invoices, and maintain compliance documentation* Function as emergency warden and support crisis procedures* Work with facility management and service partners for daily operations* Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest operational improvementsWe're seeking a polished professional with corporate hospitality or events experience who thrives in client-focused environments.
