Overview Go Kindy is seeking Educators to their Merewether and Kahibah Teams. We are looking for knowledgeable, passionate, experienced, dedicated educators. Individuals who are looking to join a workplace to feel supported and provide quality care for children through play based learning. The Opportunity We have a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher Educators at Go Kindy Warners Bay, Merewether and Kahibah with both Assistant and Room Leader Experience. The position requires a 5 day per week (37.5 hour). As one of our Room Educators, you will guide and mentor your room team in the shared responsibility for the day to day planning, programming and education of children developed and based on your knowledge of each child, their interests and goals through family input. We are seeking an Educator who is willing to take on room leader responsibilities. Experience isn\'t required however is preferred. Requirements Certificate III, Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care. Working with Children Check Current First Aid and CPR Certificates (or willing to obtain) Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Certificates (or willing to obtain) Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 15% above award wage. 20% discount offered to staff with children.
